We’re excited to announce that we’ve been awarded the Offsite Works contract for the Houghton Barton development in Newton Abbot!

The scope of works includes the offsite installation of 3.2km of 150mm twin wall HV ducting with 11KV cable pulling and 2km of 315mm water mains, from the main development area to the points of connection. This will be delivered on an opencut basis.
There are known constraints along the route such as a HP gas main and culvert crossing which will involve liaison with key stakeholders to overcome.
This project is another example of our versatility at DT Civils, in our scope of services and work location.
