Your team have been working in my area, at the end of Chercombe Valley Road, Newton Abbot.

I came home after the school run the other morning and couldn’t get into my road as you had a big lorry getting mini diggers unloaded. I parked up and walked to my house as I wasn’t staying home for long, I had only come back to pick up something. Your staff member called Rich (Richard Nelson) saw that I had had to park up and that I was carrying my baby in his car seat, he offered to help and carried him to my door for me. This seemed no trouble at all for him to do but made a big difference to me.

That little act of thoughtfulness left a really good impression of your team, it was unfortunate that the road had to be blocked but I understand that it happened as you have work to do but he went out of his way and it meant I didn’t have to struggle.

I felt that he went above and beyond on his role and you should know how helpful he was.
